Do more with dynamic assessments by creating them for programs. For example, create a questionnaire to evaluate program-level feedback and identify a trend based on the scores. - Split Party Relationship Groups Using a Guided Workflow
Move members, related contacts, groups, and business accounts from a party relationship group to another existing group or a new group using the Split workflow. Specify member roles and relationships and the relationships of related contacts, groups, and business accounts in the split group. Review related information such as cases and complaints associated with the original group, move required records to the split group, and create reminder tasks to review any records later. - Nonprofit Cloud Case Management New and Changed Objects
Do more with the new Case Management objects.
