          Nonprofit Cloud Experience Site Setup

Collaborate with community users such as service providers, volunteers, and beneficiaries in Experience Cloud.

To set up sites, talk to your account executive to make sure that you have the necessary Experience Cloud license, and enable and configure Experience Cloud in your org. Review your permission sets to learn what Nonprofit Cloud objects are available in Experience Cloud.

Here are a few ways that you can use Experience Cloud to collaborate with your stakeholders.

          • Have service providers manage programs and benefits that they're assigned to, add benefit sessions, create disbursements, and track disbursements and attendance for the benefit participants.
          • Encourage volunteers to track attendance, create disbursements, and add participants or remove participants from a session.
          • Provide a way for beneficiaries to view and enroll in programs and benefits and access and review the enrollments and case information that they're assigned to.
          • Create a donor portal to see information related to gift commitments, refunds, soft credits, transactions, and tributes.
