Meet Outbound Funds Module
Outbound Funds Module helps organizations manage and track funding requests and outgoing funds, such as grants and scholarships. It's designed to be a flexible, lightweight solution to meet various needs across multiple industries.
Marcus knows there is a better way.
Once comfortably settled into his new position as Program Coordinator with the Six Sides Fund, Marcus picks up on a few trends. First, Angela, the Executive Director, brings in the tastiest homemade lemon bars almost every Monday. Next, the small but mighty staff at the Six Sides Fund have various ways of tracking grant applications. It seems like each person uses a different way to track—most in spreadsheets, but some in authoring tools and one even on paper!
The most concerning trend Marcus notices is not knowing when or if a grantee received their funding. When a new grantee reached out asking for a timeline when their funds would be deposited, Marcus realized all payments were saved in a spreadsheet on their part-time accountant's desktop, who was on vacation for the next week and forgot to send out the latest payment ledger.
With everyone using a different method of tracking and information inaccessible to the staff, Marcus is determined to find a better solution.
With Outbound Funds Module, organizations can:

Cultivate and maintain active relationships with applicants and awardees through a fundseeker portal (Experience Cloud required).
