Salesforce for Education Winter '24 Release Notes
In Winter '24 Release, we expand Education Cloud's capabilities to add more features for managing student success and streamline your processes further. We also updated Accounting Subledger to support custom field mappings and job filtering based on criteria.
This release is in preview. Features described in this document don't become generally available until the latest general availability date that Salesforce announces for this release. Before then, and where features are noted as beta, pilot, or developer preview, we can't guarantee general availability within any particular time frame or at all. Make your purchase decisions only on the basis of generally available products and features. Support alumni engagement, manage fundraising development activities and processes, strengthen course and learning program management, and give applicants an enhanced application process. Follow your alumni's user journey with a unified record view and a dedicated alumni relations console. Keep alumni engaged and connected with each other and with your institution by using new Alumni Relations portal components to create an alumni directory. Use Fundraising features to track opportunities, manage campaigns, and coordinate fundraising activities. Maintain your course catalog and easily build learning programs by using the intuitive and flexible Learning Program Plan Builder. - Data Mover Release Notes
Support and updates for Data Mover are scheduled to end in all Salesforce orgs as of Winter '24. You can continue to use Data Mover after Winter '24; however, we recommend that you use an alternative tool, such as Data Processing Engine, going forward.
