          Manage Calendar Sync (Support Staff)

To manage your SSH appointments with your work calendar application, connect it to SSH. You can stop syncing your work calendar by disconnecting it. To remove all SSH calendar content from your work calendar, you can delete it from SSH.

Connect Your Google or Microsoft Calendar to Student Success Hub

Easily keep your Student Success Hub calendar up to date by connecting your Google Calendar™ or Microsoft® calendar.

          1. Click the link at the top of Student Success Hub to connect your email and calendar to Salesforce. You can also connect an account from your Personal Settings. Get the steps in Connect Your Email and Calendar to Salesforce with Einstein Activity Capture or Inbox.

          2. Follow the prompts to connect your Google Calendar™ or Microsoft® calendar to Student Success Hub. Your appointments start syncing right away, but can take up to 48 hours to complete, depending on the number of calendar items being synced.

          3. Set your availability in Student Success Hub and manage appointments in either your Student Success Hub calendar or with your connected Google or Microsoft calendar.

Disconnect and Delete Your Google or Microsoft Calendar from SSH

If you no longer want to sync your Google or Microsoft calendar to SSH, you can disconnect it. If you want to remove SSH appointments from your work calendar entirely, first disconnect your calendar, then delete it.

          Note
Note Disconnecting your Google or Microsoft calendar from SSH won’t completely remove the connection between the two calendars. You’ll still see SSH appointments on the other calendar, but you can only edit or delete SSH appointments in Salesforce. To completely remove all SSH appointments from your work calendar, disconnect, then delete it.
          1. In SSH, search for Calendar and select Email and Calendar Accounts. Your connected Google or Microsoft accounts are listed.

          2. Next to the calendar you want to disconnect from SSH, click Disconnect. Appointments will no longer sync to your calendar.

          3. To remove all SSH appointments from your disconnected Google or Microsoft calendar, next to your Google or Microsoft calendar account, click Delete.
