Student Success Hub K-12 Entity Relationships
In K-12 orgs, Student Success Hub extends the Contact-centered data model used by K-12 Architecture Kit.
Every student Contact is related to a single Case that represents the entirety of a student's interactions, activities, and assigned support staff. A Case is a standard Salesforce object, customized to serve as the Student Record Case. This Student Record Case has a related success team, Tasks, Success Plans, Alerts, and more. Student Success Hub also uses Case Team Members, Case Team Roles, and standard Task and Event objects.

In higher ed orgs—or any org licensed and configured for student users and Experience Cloud sites—Student Success Hub uses EDA as the foundation of the same Contact-centered data model.
In this model, student Contact is related to a single Case that represents the entirety of a student's interactions, activities, and assigned support staff. In higher ed orgs, a Student Record Case can be related to success teams, Tasks, Success Plans, Alerts, Appointments, Support Pools, and to the objects used by Pathways, the degree-planning tool.
