Report on Alerts
Explore sample Alert reports and a dashboard that come with Student Success Hub.
Student Success Hub provides a sample dashboard, a set of underlying sample reports, and a custom report type that offer insight into student Cases that have related Alerts. Install the reports and dashboard from the Installation Manager and then customize them for your school or institution.
The sample assets listed in the table are available to both K-12 and higher ed Student Success Hub orgs.

As you customize the reports and dashboard, consider these recommendations.
- To enable reporting on Alert-related data from your own custom fields in Cases or Alerts, add those fields to the custom report type so that they can be included.
- Update sharing of the sample report and dashboard folders as needed. By default, they're shared with all internal users.
- Make reports and dashboards available to support staff by adding them to the app navigation menu or reminding support staff that they can access the reports and dashboard through the App Launcher.
