            Set Up the Student Profile

            Configure a profile so that students can access Student Success Hub in a portal.

            Note
            Note Requires a Customer Community Plus or Customer Community Plus Login license, such as through Experience Cloud for Learner Success.

            Student Success Hub installs two student profiles that you can work from: SSH Sample Student Profile, which is based on the Customer Community Plus license, and SSH Sample Student Login Profile, based on the Customer Community Plus Login license. They have identical permissions; the only difference is the license. We recommend that you clone one, which preserves the profile's permissions and access settings.

            1. From Setup, search for and then select Profiles.

            2. Look for SSH Sample Student Profile or SSH Sample Student Login Profile and click Clone.

            3. Rename the profile and save it.

            4. Then, configure student permissions as needed.
