CRM Analytics for Slack
CRM Analytics for Slack makes it easy to access your analytics right where collaboration happens in Slack. Now you can seamlessly find, share, and collaborate on reports, dashboards, and CRM Analytics insights within Slack and stay up to date on all of your data.

Enable Dashboard Views must be on to view snapshots. The setting is enabled by default.
Verify that these Session Settings are disabled.

- Stay Updated—Keep up to date from anywhere. Subscribe to CRM Analytics dashboards for periodic updates, and import CRM Analytics notifications to get notified when data thresholds are met. Import Lightning Reports and Dashboards subscriptions into Slack. Share all of your notifications and subscriptions to your teammates.
- Learn the Why Behind Your Data—Run Einstein Discovery on Lightning reports to drive better business outcomes with AI-powered predictions and recommendations. Share relevant and actionable predictions, improvements, and top factors with your Slack channels and colleagues.
- Browse, Search, and View Analytics in Slack
Find all your analytics items in the CRM Analytics for Slack app and in your channel. In the app, your top items appear on the Home tab. In your channels, you can access analytics items using slash commands. - Share Analytics with Your Teammates in Slack
Wherever analytics items appear, whether in the CRM Analytics for Slack app or in your channels, you can share them with teammates. - Subscribe to CRM Analytics Dashboards in Slack
Schedule regular delivery of dashboard snapshots. When viewing a CRM Analytics dashboard in Slack, you can subscribe to it and specify the delivery schedule and Slack recipients. The subscription runs the dashboard at your scheduled times (in your org’s time zone) and delivers fresh snapshots to you and your selected recipients. - Import and Add Recipients to CRM Analytics Notifications in Slack
With notifications, you can learn about changes to your business metrics and get notified when data conditions are met. Notifications are set on dashboard widgets in CRM Analytics. To receive notifications in Slack, simply import them. After notifications are imported, you can share them with others in Slack. - Subscribe to Lightning Reports and Dashboards in Slack
Get reports and dashboards that you want to see regularly by subscribing for yourself and others in the CRM Analytics for Slack app. A subscription refreshes the report or dashboard on a schedule that you set and posts a snapshot of the item to you and your specified recipients in Slack. - Import and Add Recipients to Lightning Report and Dashboard Subscriptions in Slack
Subscribe to reports and dashboards to get refreshed results on set schedules. Subscriptions are set on reports and dashboards in Lightning Experience. To receive subscriptions in Slack, simply import them. After subscriptions are imported, you can share them with others in Slack. - Run Einstein Discovery Predictions in Slack
Get Einstein Discovery predictions on records in your Lightning Reports—directly in Slack. Use the CRM Analytics for Slack app to run an Einstein Discovery model on the records in the report. The app returns the average prediction score, top-influencing factors, recommended actions, and the most at-risk records in the report. Share the predictions with your Slack channels and colleagues. - CRM Analytics for Slack Slash Command Reference
These slash commands are available in the CRM Analytics for Slack app. If you use other Slack apps connected to Salesforce, you could have additional commands available to you.
