Import and Add Recipients to CRM Analytics Notifications in Slack
With notifications, you can learn about changes to your business metrics and get notified when data conditions are met. Notifications are set on dashboard widgets in CRM Analytics. To receive notifications in Slack, simply import them. After notifications are imported, you can share them with others in Slack.
Import Notifications
If you have active notifications in CRM Analytics, you can import them and then the notifications are sent to the Messages tab. To import notifications:
- On the Home tab, click View & Manage Notifications. Alternatively, enter the /analytics-crma-notifications command in the message field anywhere in Slack.
- Click Import Notifications.
After importing notifications to Slack, subsequent notifications that you create in CRM Analytics import to Slack automatically.
Send Notifications to Others
Specify people and channels in Slack to receive your notifications. To send notifications:
- On the Home tab, click View & Manage Notifications. Alternatively, enter the /analytics-crma-notifications command in the message field anywhere in Slack.
- Next to the notification you want to send, open the menu and select Edit.
- Add or remove recipients.
- Click Done.
Remove Notifications
To stop notifications from appearing in Slack:
- On the Home tab, click View & Manage Notifications. Alternatively, enter the /analytics-crma-notifications command in the message field anywhere in Slack.
- Next to the notification you want to remove, open the menu and select Edit.
- Remove all recipients, including yourself.
- Click Done.
