          Customize Record View and Quick Actions with Slack Record Layouts

          Tailor your customer experience with field-level personalization and quick actions by using Slack Record Layouts. Create, update, and view fields with Slack Record Layouts by using the Sales Cloud for Slack app.

          Where: Slack Record Layouts work with the Sales Cloud for Slack app in Lightning Experience for Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions. Available for use where approved by a workspace admin and installed in Slack.

          Who: These permissions are required: Connect Salesforce with Slack and Slack Sales User. Certain features require more permissions.

          Why: Customize your record views in Slack to:

          • Create custom record layouts specifically for Slack to create, view, or edit Salesforce records.
          • Optimize your processes by incorporating thoughtful quick actions into your record layouts in Slack.
