After your Slack admin adds the Financial Services Cloud Slack app to a workspace,
members from that workspace can start to create Slack channels for a financial deal record.
Members can streamline collaboration with channel users and view past interactions or interaction
summaries that are related to the financial deal directly on Slack.

To create Slack channels, you need Read and Create permissions on Swarms. If you don’t have
the necessary permissions, contact your Salesforce admin.
In Salesforce, on the financial deal record page, click the quick action that you added to
the Financial Deal page layout.
When prompted, enter a name for the Slack Channel.
Note The channel name must be unique, can contain only lowercase letters, numbers, hyphens,
and underscores, and must be 80 characters or fewer.
Click Finish.
By default, the financial deal record owner is added to the Slack channel automatically.
Switch to the Slack app and you can see a channel is created for that financial deal record. Add
users to the Slack channel to collaborate with them on that financial deal record.
