Set Up Contact Intelligence View and Lead Intelligence View for Partners

Set Up Contact Intelligence View and Lead Intelligence View for Partners

Salesforce admins and Experience Cloud site developers must work together to set up Contact Intelligence View and Lead Intelligence View in supported Experience Cloud sites. First, Salesforce admins must turn on the two sales features in Salesforce and assign permissions to partners. Then Experience Cloud site developers must verify that the Enhanced List View component is added to the Experience Cloud site and published for partners. For vendors who purchase add-on licenses or are comfortable granting partners with more object permissions, more features can also be configured.

          Required Editions

Available for partners in Experience Cloud Aura sites, accessed through Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with Sales or Service. A PRM add-on license is required for each partner user.
Available with Sales Cloud Einstein, which is available in Performance and Unlimited Editions, and for an extra cost in Enterprise Edition.
