Get the Latest Partner Relationship Management Reports and Dashboards

If reports, dashboard widgets, or any analytics metrics are missing from your predesigned Partner Relationship Management (PRM) reports and dashboards, Salesforce admins can generate the most recently released versions manually.

          Required Editions

Available for channel managers in Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, Developer Editions with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud. You must have at least one PRM add-on license.

To get the latest PRM dashboards: Run Reports AND Create and Customize Dashboards

Every release, an automated process delivers the latest PRM report and dashboard improvements to your org. But if the release occurs before you configure setup on a particular feature, related analytics aren’t included. Rather than waiting for the next release’s automated process to deliver updated versions, you can get the latest reports and dashboard by generating them manually.

When you create the latest PRM reports and dashboards manually, a new version of each predesigned report and dashboard is added to your PRM analytics folders. Previously released versions of reports and dashboards are retained.

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter PRM, and then select Channel Management.
          2. From the Get the Latest Reports and Dashboards section, click Create.
Creating reports and dashboards sometimes takes a few minutes.
          3. Go to your Reports and Dashboards folder and check the new versions to verify that any missing items are available.
The new versions have the same name as the originals, but the version number is appended to the file name.

If you still don’t see the reports, dashboard widgets, or analytics metrics you were looking for, verify that you completed the setup properly for the related features. Correct any missed steps, and then try creating the latest reports and dashboards again. Or, open a case with Salesforce Customer Support.
