Where: The Service Cloud for Slack app works with Service Cloud in Lightning Experience for Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions. Available for use where approved by a workspace admin and installed in Slack.
Who: Users must have a permission set with these permissions: Connect Salesforce with Slack and Slack Service User. Specific features require more permissions. See Set Up Swarming User Permissions.
