Display Modes
| Create | Create is associated with any view that makes new records by using this record layout, for example, a Create a New Account modal in Slack. | ![]() |
| Edit | Edit is associated with any view that can update existing records, for example, an Update Opportunity modal in Slack. | ![]() |
| View | View is associated with any view that displays a record, for example, a notification in Slack. | ![]() |
Quick Actions
Create and update associated records directly in Slack by using Quick Actions. Add a Quick Action button to create custom actions tailored to your business processes. For example, creating a new opportunity or updating a new lead. Quick Actions in Slack are available to support your Global and Object-specific quick actions that create and update records.
