Use URL unfurling to preview record home page details for standard objects in Slack when
sharing salesforce.com or force.com links. Unfurling doesn’t account for non-record home links
such as object home list views. URL unfurling is supported by the User Interface API.

Customize Record Details to Unfurl Record Data in Slack Your users can share Salesforce record data through private channels, direct messages, multi-user direct messages or Slack Connect channels. You can set details to show as much or as little data as needed when your users unfurl a link.
Authorize Unfurling Links that Show Record Data Set up authorization to preview Salesforce record data in unfurled links when users share any salesforce.com or force.com URL. Once authorization is enabled, Slack users can access record data directly from any unfurled link pointing to a record home page in the connected Salesforce org.
