Setting Up Sales Cloud for Slack App Notifications
Set up record reminders, and activate sales and feed channel notifications. First, decide which Sales Cloud for Slack reminders and notifications that you want to set up. Then activate flows for those notifications using the Salesforce feature Flow Builder.

Sales Cloud for Slack notifications are sent using Flow Builder. When you turn on Sales Cloud for Slack, we add a flow to Salesforce for each Sales Cloud for Slack notification.
