          • Get reminders in Slack about upcoming close dates, unchanged stages, and unchanged next steps for opportunities that you own.
          • Drive discussion on key deals using sales channels. From Slack or Salesforce, sales channels let you link accounts and opportunities to Slack channels. Channel members get notified in Slack when records are updated. Plus, teams can find sales channels easily from a related list on their Salesforce records.
          • Streamline important announcements in Slack using feed channels. Feed channels automatically announce when deals with a high probability of closing are won or increase in value so everyone on your team can stay in the loop.
          • If your company uses Flow Builder to automate behavior, Salesforce admins can design flows that invoke Slack actions based on Salesforce behaviors. For example, set up an action to create Slack channels for deals that are above a certain dollar amount.
