            Add Products or Product Categories

            Before you add products or product categories for your program partner, create products in the Product object and categories in the Categories object.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
            Available in: Orgs that have the B2C - Loyalty, B2C - Loyalty Plus, B2B - Loyalty, Loyalty Management - Growth, or Loyalty Management - Advanced license enabled

            Before you add products or product categories for your program partner, create products in the Product object and categories in the Categories object.

            1. In the Loyalty Programs tab, open the loyalty program record.
            2. On the Setup tab, open the program partner record.
            3. Click Add Products.
            4. Select Add Product Categories or Add Products, and click Next.
            5. Search for and select the product categories or products to add for your partner.
            6. Save your changes.

            You can click any of the listed products and review the details. You can add or modify the partner-incurred cost of the product during promotion in the Partner's Product Cost field of Partner Product Details page.
