            Supported Objects for the Program Rebate Types Panel

            Use the Program Rebate Types panel to integrate incentive data into your standard sales and Configure, Price, and Quote (CPQ) processes. The panel provides visibility into eligible rebates, projected amounts, and benefit tier progress.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions that have Rebate Management enabled.

            Account managers can view rebate details for any standard or custom object. Common objects used with this panel include:

            • Sales Agreements
            • Contracts
            • Opportunities
            • Quotes and CPQ Quotes
            • B2B Commerce Carts
            • Service Orders and Entitlements
            • Custom Objects

            To enable the panel for these objects, you must first create field mappings using the ObjectRelationshipHierarchy metadata API. These mappings must connect:

            • The target object (standard or custom) to the Transaction Journal.
            • The Transaction Journal to a relevant Aggregate Object.
