about the Archive managed package in Own from Salesforce.
Archived records are maintained in a dedicated external data store. Each production org and
sandbox can have a single data store provisioned to it at a time.
The file storage pricing for Salesforce Archive is calculated at 10% of the actual GB used.
For example, if an org is storing 100 GB of files in Salesforce Archive, the "effective
storage" GB that will be charged to the customer is 10 GB.
To archive data in your org, create and execute Archive Policies. You decide when and how
often Archive Policies run, which objects they scan, and which records they process. You can
also view and manage previous, in-progress, or scheduled job sessions for Archive
Policies.
View Archived Records Via Salesforce Connect To view archived records in Legacy Salesforce Archive directly from the Salesforce UI, set up your data store with Salesforce Connect.
