Customize Upsell and Cross-sell Topic to Use Revenue Cloud Quoting
Customize the standard Upsell and Cross-Sell agent topic if you want to utilize the
Revenue Cloud quoting capabilities. This customization gives you greater flexibility to manage
complex quotes, supporting multiple line items and precise, per-line-item
discounting.

Available in: Automotive Cloud, Communications Cloud, and Manufacturing Cloud,
with Agentforce enabled. View edition availability.
Revenue Quote Management uses modular actions, so you can reuse a single quote to add
multiple products with individual discounts.
Before getting started, ensure these actions are available and enabled on your org.
Note You can use Revenue actions without a full Revenue Quote Management agent setup. Simply
add the out-of-the-box (OOTB) Revenue actions to the Upsell and Cross-sell agent topic and
complete the following configurations.
Configure the Agent Topic to Use Revenue Cloud Quoting Update the Upsell and Cross-sell agent topic by adding or removing specific actions. Refine the instructions to enable the agent to use Revenue Cloud quoting capabilities.
