Depot Repair Workflow Salesforce admins set up the org, assign the required user permissions, and configure settings to enable Depot Repair. Service managers create and manage depot repair work orders for returned items.
Depot Repair Setup Set up and configure the Depot Repair feature to create depot repair work orders directly from return order line items. Assign the necessary permissions to users who create these work order requests.
Depot Repair Requests Easily raise depot repair requests for the damaged parts or products that are returned.
