          Set Up Salesforce Field Service App for Inventory Count

          The Salesforce Field Service mobile app is an intuitive, offline-first app that helps companies manage their field service and onsite operations. Inventory auditors can easily enter product counts, scan product barcodes, and note count observations by using the app. Set up the Salesforce Field Service mobile app, and customize it based on your unique processes. To help auditors perform counts, add the Inventory Count Assessment list view to a Salesforce Field Service app configuration by using the Field Service Mobile App Builder.

          User Permissions Needed
          To customize the Field Service mobile app:

          Access drag-and-drop content builder system permission

          AND

          Custom applications for Field Service mobile system permission

          AND

          Customize Application system permission

          1. Set up and customize the Salesforce Field Service mobile app.
          2. Grant users the required access to use the Salesforce Field Service mobile app.
          3. Add the Inventory Count Assessment list to a Field Service app configuration.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Field Service Mobile App Builder and select it.
            2. Open an app configuration.
            3. From the Components list, drag the List View component to the mobile's menu bar.
            4. In the properties pane, for Objects, find and select Inventory Count Assessment.
            5. For Filters, find and select a list view for Inventory Count Assessment.
              The selected list view determines the records that appear in the Inventory Count Assessment tab in the mobile app. To help your users easily find inventory count assessments, create Inventory Count Assessment list views that filter records for specific locations or any other assessment detail.
            6. Enter a tab label that appears in the menu bar of the mobile app.
              For example, you can enter Count.
            7. Select an icon for the tab that appears in the menu bar of the mobile app.
              For example, you can select the serialized_product icon.
            8. Review and publish your configuration.
            9. Select the profiles that can view your app configuration.
            10. If no conflicts exist, click Assign.
            11. If conflicts exist, click Next.
            12. Confirm that you want to override the current assignments and click Override & Publish.
