            Inventory Count

            Get an accurate picture of your inventory, compare your physical and system stocks, and maintain reliable inventory records with inventory counts. Plan cycle counts and create ad hoc counts for products and parts across inventory locations. Easily capture inventory counts for serialized and non-serialized products and take count notes at designated inventory locations by using the Salesforce Field Service mobile app. Get a single view of the accuracy, progress, counted quantities, and other key details of inventory counts.

            • Inventory Count Workflow
              Manage inventory count plans, determine products to be counted, perform inventory counts at designated locations, and track count results.
            • Inventory Count Setup
              Set up and configure Inventory Count to effectively plan and perform inventory counts. Turn on Inventory Count in Setup, and grant users the required permissions. Help inventory auditors perform counts at inventory locations by setting up the Salesforce Field Service mobile app.
            • Managing and Performing Inventory Counts
              Inventory count managers plan and schedule inventory counts by creating inventory count plans. They add product items to be counted to count plans and assign them to inventory auditors.
