The Product Service Campaign data model includes objects and fields that you can use to
organize activities in product service campaigns, track assets and vehicles in product service
campaigns, and manage the services to be performed for assets and vehicles.

Product Service Campaign
A set of activities to be performed for a product service campaign. For example, a recall
of products due to potential safety hazards or an upgrade of products to comply with legal
regulations.
Product Service Campaign Item
An item, such as an asset or a vehicle, that’s included in a product service campaign.
Asset
A physical item of commercial value that is manufactured, delivered, sold, or installed. An
asset is an instance of a product. An asset can have multiple related child assets.
Vehicle
A specific vehicle instance, such as registration details, vehicle identification number,
and odometer readings. Each vehicle has one related Asset record.
Actionable List
A list that includes logically related items. For example, lists of faulty vehicles and
assets to be upgraded.
Actionable List Member
An item in an actionable list, such as a faulty vehicle.
Work Order
A set of tasks to be performed for a customer, such as asset maintenance and vehicle
repair.
Work Order Line Item
A task to be performed as a part of a work order.
