            Set Up Partner Community on Experience Cloud Sites

            Extending the scope of work order estimation to be used by the partners on the Experience cloud sites.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Automotive Cloud, Communications Cloud, Energy and Utilities Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Media Cloud. View edition availability.
            REQUIRED USER PERMISSIONS  
            To set up partner community on Experience Cloud sites: Work order estimation experience user

            Before you begin, Set Up Foundational Features. Create a community site on the Experience Cloud site for partners. On this site, enable partner accounts and users, and add members. Once the community site is ready, the pages are created in it.

            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Flows.
            2. Clone Create Work Estimation flow with name Work Estimation Community.
            3. Select the Work Estimation Community flow and click the dropdown menu on it.
            4. Select Edit Access to open the Profiles page.
            5. Click the checkbox, Override default behavior and restrict access to enabled profiles or permission sets.
            6. Select the Partner Community User from the available profiles and Add it to the enabled profiles.
            • Configure Work Estimation Flow for Partner Community
              Partners can perform work order estimation for Asset Service Lifecycle Management (ASLM) from the community site. Create and assign customized permissions and buttons to launch the work estimation flow on the community site.

              Make information sharing and collaboration easier with document generation on the community site.
            • Set Up Pricing for Partner Community
              Get the customized pricing outcome on the community site. Update the pricing procedure, configure the user profile with the necessary permissions, and grant API access on the community site.
