Maintenance and Release Timing
Keep up to date on scheduled maintenance and incidents by using Salesforce Trust Status.
To minimize impacts on your daily operations, maintenance is scheduled by instance using preferred maintenance windows. To view maintenance events that affect you, check your instance or domain name on Salesforce Trust Status. Planned maintenance events such as major releases are posted up to 12 months in advance while current incidents are updated in real time.
Depending on the type, you receive communication one month to 24 hours before maintenance, and an in-app reminder approximately one week before maintenance. You can subscribe to Trust Notifications to receive real-time alerts for maintenance and incidents.
