Recover Next, including who initiated the event and when. Events are stored for up to a
year.

To download the audit log:
Download Backup & Recover Audit Log
Note To keep a log of all events in Backup & Recover Next over multiple years, we recommend
downloading the audit log annually.
In Salesforce Backup & Recover Next, click the Settings
tab.
From the navigation bar on the left, click Audit.
Click Download Audit Log.
