Salesforce Foundations comes with standard permission sets that grant users access to
apps and common permissions for features. Assign these permission sets from the permission set or
user detail page in Setup. For faster assignment, use the standard permission set groups.
Note These permission sets are automatically updated as new features
become available. We recommend that you assign standard permission sets, individually or via the
standard permission set groups, to make sure users have access to all features and
functionality.
