Request App Ratings and Reviews

Create an app review feature to prompt users to rate and submit reviews of your app to the app stores (Apple and Google). An app review feature lets you ask your users for feedback on their experience using your app. Their feedback can help improve your app experience, encourage downloads, and improve your app’s discoverability.

Note Using the AppReviewService API to create an app rating and review feature works only in the mobile app, and not on mobile or desktop web.

You can develop and implement a Lightning web component using the AppReviewService API to request app reviews. The app review feature prompts users to voluntarily participate in providing ratings, reviews, and feedback.
