Preview Your Mobile Experience Cloud Site with Publisher Playground (Beta)

The Publisher Playground app is a non-branded version of the Mobile Publisher for Experience Cloud app. This app lets you quickly preview and evaluate the in-app experience of your Experience Cloud sites before you purchase any Mobile Publisher licenses.

Note We provide this app to customers through a Beta program. This Beta app isn’t generally available, as referenced in this document or in press releases or public statements. We can’t guarantee general availability within any particular time frame or at all. Make your purchase decisions only based on generally available features.

The Publisher Playground app supports most of the features and functionality of the fully branded Mobile Publisher for Experience Cloud app.

The Publisher Playground app is available for testing on both iOS and Android.

  Before you can preview the in-app experience of your mobile Experience Cloud sites, you must download and install a managed package.

• Playground App Virtual Device Builds
  The Playground App Virtual Device Builds enable you to review and debug your Experience site on your local desktop machine. You can use Playground App Virtual Device Builds to test your Experience site’s iOS and Android app implementations.
• Test How URLs Open in the Playground Publisher App
  In the Playground Publisher app, use the URL Management section to test the URL management settings for your Mobile Publisher for Experience Cloud app. Use the export from the Playground Publisher app to enter your URL management settings in Setup for Mobile Publisher.

  It’s important to know if your Experience Cloud Site URL contains /s at the end the URL. The Mobile Publisher team can build a better app for your org with this information.
