Marketing Cloud Engagement Push Notifications

Mobile Publisher uses the power of the Marketing Cloud Engagement tools Automation Studio and Journey Builder to send geolocation aware and rich media push notifications to your branded mobile app users.

Note A Marketing Cloud Engagement license is required to access this feature. Contact an account executive to enable push notifications.

To encourage use of your app, create and send push notifications with MobilePush.

• Use Automation Studio to schedule recurring messages, such as a monthly reminder. For more information, see MobilePush and Automation Studio.

• Use Journey Builder to send push notifications such as a welcome experience or an abandoned cart reminder. For more information, see MobilePush and Journey Builder.

• Test Marketing Cloud Engagement Push Notifications
  Test Engagement push notifications by sending them to your branded Mobile Publisher app. You can specify different configurations for production and sandbox. After you set up MobilePush in Engagement, you can enable Engagement push notifications for your Mobile Publisher apps.
