Permissions to Create and Send Surveys
Give your users the user and object permissions they need to create and send surveys.

| To give users permissions to create and send surveys: | System Administrator profile |
Several profiles included with Salesforce Feedback Management enable these permissions by default. If you're using a custom profile, however, you need to manually set the user and object permissions.

Note If you’re using a custom profile that doesn’t have the View Setup and Configuration
permission, the Salesforce Advanced Features Starter permission, or the Salesforce Surveys
Advanced Features permission, but includes Read, Create, Edit, and Delete access to Surveys,
Survey Invitations, Survey Responses, and Survey Subjects, you can still create and save new
surveys. However, you can’t activate new surveys. If you're using a custom profile that has
either the Salesforce Advanced Features Starter or Salesforce Surveys Advanced Features
permission, you need the View Setup and Configuration permission to create and save new
surveys.
