Send Survey Invitations by Email
Email survey invitations to individual participants using their email address, or to a group of participants using a list. Use invitation templates that include the survey question or a link to the survey, customize the templates, or compose your own email invitation.

Participants who select Email Opt Out don't receive survey invitation emails generated by the Survey Builder or by an automated process, such as Process Builder, Flows, Support Settings, or Connect REST API (Surveys Resources). Conversely, participants who deselect Email Opt Out receive survey invitation emails.
The survey invitation emails you send to participants outside your org count toward your daily single email limit. To increase email limits for your org, contact your Salesforce representative.
