            Create a Loyalty Program

            Create a B2B or a B2C loyalty program to enhance the business value for loyal customers and channel partners.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions that have Loyalty Management enabled.
            1. In your Salesforce org, from the App Launcher, find, and select Loyalty Management.
              Note
              Note The Loyalty Management app isn’t available on mobile devices. A loyalty program and its related records can be managed from a desktop.
            2. On the Loyalty Programs page, click New.
            3. Enter a name and description for your loyalty program.
              The name must contain at least one alphanumeric character and no special characters.
            4. To make this loyalty program the primary one, select Primary.
            5. Enter escrow period for the loyalty program.
              The escrow period of a loyalty program is applicable to all the currencies that can escrow points.
              Tip
              Tip Select Has Escrow on the Loyalty Program Currency records that escrows points.
            6. Save your changes.
