Additional processing considerations:

• Extract other data not related to contacts. For example, extract the data that you established within Marketing Cloud Engagement. See Data Extract Activity.
• Use the appropriate data extracts to create static CSV files. You can extract contact information to your FTP server or through a download.
• If you need a custom extract or report to comply with specific regulations, such as the GDPR, specify your requirements in your request for service.
• Reports and extracts exclude details from deleted and restricted contacts.

Heroku Logplex collates and routes log messages, and doesn’t store log data on a long-term basis. Logplex keeps a minimum number of lines of consolidated logs that expire after 1 week. You can choose to drain logs to a third-party drain service or implement your own log drain.

You can configure log capture at the space level instead of the app level by using Private Space Logging. That way, you can forward all log events from applications and Heroku system services in the space to a single external log capture destination.

When using the Shield Private Spaces feature Private Space Logging, logs aren’t stored within Heroku Services.
