Simplify the sharing and consumption of business application data by using Context
Service. Context Service is a general module that connects applications and procedures. It makes
it easy to find and use data across different industry clouds at every step of the
process.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Developer, Enterprise, Professional, and
Unlimited editions for Industries clouds where Context Service is
enabled
User Permissions Needed
To create context definitions:
Context Service Admin
To turn on Context Service, go to Setup and in the Quick Find box, enter Context
Service, and then select Context Service Settings.
Turn on Context Definitions.
Price Protection Execution Context Definition The PriceProtectionExecContext definition allows for the execution of Price Protection rules, ensuring integration between Price Protection Executions (PPE), Price Protection Execution Line Items (PPELI), Price Protection Claims, and Rebate Claims.
