Where You’re Trying to Log In Login URL Options Considerations
A production org, such as the org that your company uses for managing customer information.
          • Your company-specific My Domain login URL, such as https://MyDomainName.my.salesforce.com

Your company’s login policies can prevent you from logging in using login.salesforce.com. If this URL doesn’t work, try the My Domain login URL.

To get to your My Domain URL from login.salesforce.com, on the login page, click Use Custom Domain and then enter your company’s domain name.

A sandbox that your company uses for testing changes before implementing them in production.
          • Your company-specific sandbox login URL, such as MyDomainName--SandboxName.sandbox.my.salesforce.com
          • Your company’s login policies can prevent you from logging in using test.salesforce.com. If this URL doesn’t work, try your company-specific sandbox login URL.
          • After a sandbox is created or refreshed, it can take 24–48 hours before you’re able to log in using https://test.salesforce.com. During this period, access your sandbox via its company-specific sandbox login URL.
A scratch org that your company uses for source-driven development.
          • Your company-specific scratch org login URL, such as https://MyDomainName.scratch.my.salesforce.com
          • Your company’s login policies can prevent you from logging in using test.salesforce.com. If this URL doesn’t work, try the scratch org login URL.
          • On Salesforce’s first-party infrastructure, if your company’s login policies allow it, all users can log in using test.salesforce.com. If the org is on Salesforce’s Hyperforce infrastructure, only the scratch org’s default admin user can log in using test.salesforce.com. To learn more about these infrastructure types, see Where is my Salesforce instance located?.
