          With Global Promotions Management, marketing managers and loyalty program managers can design both pricing and non-pricing promotions. They can design the promotions to run as part of the company’s loyalty program or outside the loyalty program as part of the company’s 360-degree marketing strategy. Companies can use Global Promotions Management to run granular promotions with in-built limits and promotion launch emails. Also, your company’s customers get a real-time view of the promotions that are applicable for their cart and can apply the eligible promotions of their choice during checkout.

          • Set Up Global Promotions Management
            Turn on Global Promotions Management in your org and provide marketing managers the permission to design promotions by using the Global Promotions wizard. Connect Global Promotions Management with a Marketing Cloud Engagement business unit to automatically create promotion launch Engagement journeys when marketing managers activate promotions.
          • Design Promotions
            With Global Promotions Management, companies can run two types of promotions. Companies can run promotions as part of their loyalty program and run promotions for their complete customer base outside their loyalty program. Marketing managers can use the Promotion Console app to create promotions for the company’s loyalty program or outside the loyalty program. Marketing managers can also manage their day-to-day promotion management tasks from the Promotion Console app. Loyalty program managers and marketing managers can create loyalty promotions from the Loyalty Management app.
          • Evaluate Promotions
            After promotions are defined, marketing managers can configure how the promotions are evaluated and applied to customer carts.
          • Run Promotions
            After you activate your promotions, you can run the promotions for your customers. Eligible customers can use the promotion from the promotion’s start date time until the promotion’s end date time. If your promotion doesn’t have an end date time, then customers can use the promotion until you deactivate the promotion.
          • Manage Promotions
            After promotions are activated and running, marketing managers can track the usage of promotions among customers and loyalty program members. Marketing managers can also easily replicate seasonal promotions and promotions that run multiple times a year.
