            Provide users who run the Eligible Promotions and Promotion Evaluation and Execution APIs access to record details. They require access to all records that the APIs return. The integration user runs these APIs when customer carts and activities are managed outside Salesforce on external systems. If your Experience Cloud sites allow customers to view and apply promotions on their carts, you must provide your customers’ Experience Cloud site user access to promotion records. And if your implementation requires users in Salesforce to run the APIs, the users also require access to promotion records.
