            Issue Vouchers to Members

            You can issue a voucher for a member from the Loyalty Program Member Record page.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Developer, and Unlimited Editions that have Loyalty Management enabled.
            1. On the Loyalty Programs tab, select your loyalty program.
            2. On the Setup tab, click Loyalty Program Members.
            3. Select a loyalty program member, and click Issue Voucher.
            4. Provide the following details, and then click Issue.
              Field Description
              Voucher Select the voucher to issue.
              Voucher Code Enter the voucher code, which is generated by an external system.
              Effective Date Select a date when the voucher becomes valid.
              Expiration Date Select the date when the voucher expires.
              Comments Enter comments for issuing the voucher.
