Offer Games to Members
Brands can keep its customers and loyalty program members engaged by offering them games as rewards. Use games to reward purchase-specific activities such as placing an order and non-purchase activities such as completing a survey.

Program managers can create games such as spin the wheel and scratchcard, and decide the rewards that customers receive after they play the games. - Workflow for Offering Games to Members
After a program manager creates a game and adds its rewards, the game can be offered to customers in several ways. Admins can use Business APIs to enable customers to play games on external systems such as mobile apps or shopping sites. Program managers can also set up processes that assign games to members based on their loyalty activities. Customer service reps can assign games to customers and members as part of service recovery actions.
