The Member Name field of the Loyalty Program Group Member Relationship object stores the
contact or account name of a group's Individual or Corporate member. Admins must provide access to
users to view the Member Name field; by default, users don’t have the permission to view this
field.

Developer Editions with Loyalty Management - Growth or Loyalty Management -
Advanced
The Member Name field is read-only and automatically populates with these values.
Group Member Type
Value of Member Name Field
Individual
First name and last name of the Contact record associated with the member's Loyalty
Program Member record.
Corporate
Name of the Account record associated with the member's Loyalty Program Member
record.
Depending on your company's requirements, admins can provide access to specific profiles to
view the Member Name field by updating its field-level security. After a profile has access to
view the Member Name field, users assigned to the profile can view the field on:

Group Members related list of Group type Loyalty Program Member records
