Add Members to a Group After you create a group, you can add Individual or Corporate type loyalty program members to the group. Members of a group can contribute nonqualifying points to the group's point balances.
Learn How a Group’s Point Balances Are Managed Loyalty Management automates the process that manages group balances. Here’s a summary of how you can use Loyalty Management to manage a group’s point balances.
Transfer Member Points to Groups If the Transfer Points to Member Group Automatically setting is turned on, the points are transferred automatically. If the setting is turned off, use the Transfer Member Points to Groups action to transfer members' redeemable points to their associated groups.
