If the Transfer Points to Member Group Automatically setting is turned on, the points
are transferred automatically. If the setting is turned off, use the Transfer Member Points to
Groups action to transfer members' redeemable points to their associated groups.

Loyalty Management
The Transfer Member Points to Group action transfers points earned by a member for a
specific transaction to a group. The action can process only those transaction journals
that:
Are of the Accrual type
Have already credited the points to members
Have the status as Processed
When traceability is enabled, you can transfer points manually from a member only if
there are no pending trace records for that currency. To learn how to process pending trace
records, see Set Up
Traceability.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select
Flows.
Click New Flow.
Select a flow type, and then click Next.
Select a layout.
Click +.
Select Action.
In the Category section, select Loyalty.
Search for and select the Transfer Member Points to Groups
action.
Provide a name and an API name for the action.
Add relevant details in the Journal ID field.
Enter the ID of an Accrual type Transaction Journal record with the status as
Processed.
Use a resource to provide the ID of an Accrual type Transaction Journal record with
the status as Processed.

Use the Accrual type Transaction Journal record only once.
