Keep your loyalty members engaged by letting them track their own progress in the
program with the Loyalty Member Portal. Members can view their profile details, loyalty program
details, membership details, recent transactions, points balance, and current tiers. Members can
also view the program currencies that members hold, the credited vouchers, promotions, and the
benefits.

Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited,
and Developer Editions with Loyalty Management
To launch the Loyalty Member Portal, use the credentials from the welcome email.
Enter your username and password, and click Login.
You can view the Loyalty Member Portal page listing all the loyalty program
members in a view.
In a loyalty member record, click Membership Number.
You can view the member’s profile details in the Details tab.
To view the member’s program details, click the Loyalty
Program link on the member record page.
To view all the benefits of a member, click View Member
Benefits.
To view the member’s current tier, currency, transactions, vouchers, promotions, and
benefit details, click the Related tab.
Note To view the member’s tier, currency, transactions, vouchers, promotions, and
benefits in detail, click Related.
To go back to the portal home page, click Home.
To switch to a different view, click List Views, and then select
a different view.
Note If the loyalty program isn’t associated with the site, the Experience Cloud site
shows the details of all the programs the contact is associated with it.
