Loyalty Program Members

A member can be one of two types: individual or corporate. Individual members are represented by a contact in your organization and corporate members are represented by an account in your organization. Individual and corporate members can exist in the same loyalty program.

A set of members can also form a Group type membership. Individual or Corporate members who are part of a group can pool non-qualifying points together.

• Create a Loyalty Program Member
  You can create members who are enrolled in a loyalty program.
• Member Groups
  You create groups and add members to the groups. Members can contribute a percentage of their own points to a group. A member can be a part of multiple groups and can also decide the percentage of points to contribute to each group.
• Transfer Member Points to Other Members
  To ensure effective use of member points, members can transfer their redeemable points to other members of the loyalty program or to a group they are associated with. Service representatives can help transfer by using the Transfer Points action in a new or existing flow.
• Member Engagement Attributes
  With member engagement attributes, you can track long-term member behavior. You can create engagement attributes and track a member's progress in achieving the attribute's target. Also, you can reward members for achieving the engagement attribute target.
• Member Badges
  Assign badges to members based on members’ interaction with your loyalty program. You can assign badges to recognize member milestones or other specific activities.
• Member Referral Code
  Members can use referral codes to invite their friends and family to join the loyalty program. When a member joins the loyalty program, you can automatically generate a referral code for the member or specify a referral code for the member when they join the loyalty program.
• Manage Loyalty Program Members
  You can manage and view the program details of members, the tier that members belong to, the program currencies that members hold, member transactions, and benefits.
• View Member Benefits
  You can view member benefit details, the status of benefits, and the records created or updated by Benefit Actions.
