Manage and View Transaction Journals
View transaction journals to track member activities, member behaviors, and make manual adjustments to points. Transactions happen when members accrue points, redeem points, adjust points manually, and reverse redemptions.
Required Editions

As an admin, you can view transaction journals and perform manual actions such as adjusting the points for member transactions or activities. You can also cancel accrued and redeemed transactions. You can perform bulk actions for up to 200 journal entries.
The member’s earned points are debited when an accrual transaction is reversed. The member’s earned points are credited when a redemption transaction is reversed.

Journal types and subtypes help categorize transaction journals. Specifying the journal type and subtype of a transaction journal helps you to design processes that process transaction journals based on their type and subtype. For example, you create transaction journals of the type Accrual and subtype Member Enrollment to credit points to members for joining a loyalty program. Now you can design a process to credit points to new members when the member’s transaction type is Accrual and subtype is Member Enrollment. - Prerequisites for Managing Member Transactions

You can cancel an accrual transaction for various reasons such as a product return, an order cancellation, and when a member requests to cancel an accrual. After you reverse an accrual transaction, the points that were credited to the member for the transaction are debited from the member’s points balance. - Cancel a Redemption Transaction
You can reverse a redemption transaction for various reasons, such as a product return, a canceled order, and when a member wants to cancel a redemption.
